What this program may support
Roseville Electric commercial HVAC rebates, verified October 5, 2026 against the June 2026 application: gas-to-electric heat pumps $800 per ton; qualifying electric-to-electric heat pumps $400 per ton; traditional HVAC $300 per ton; qualifying Wi-Fi smart thermostats $250 per unit. The electric-to-electric schedule lists packaged systems from 6 to 60 tons; projects above 60 tons use the custom program. Eligibility and efficiency specifications vary by equipment type and size.
The property must receive electricity from Roseville Electric. Submit Form A and receive reservation approval before installation. Reservations are valid for up to 120 days. Funding is limited and rebate caps may apply. Heat pumps require at least a two-stage compressor; equipment must satisfy the application specifications and applicable codes.
Reservation documents include an AHRI certificate, site map and specification sheet; qualifying thermostats require ENERGY STAR documentation. After installation, submit Forms B and C with an itemized invoice, final permit sign-off and equipment nameplate photos.
